Winter Wonderland

Zach, Melissa, Tim, Adam, Renee, Chuck, Josue and I braved one of the coldest day of the season last afternoon to watch the international soccer match between World Cup Teams US and Guatemala. What an experience! The game itself was rather sad because Guatemala got way-laid BAD, but we definitely got a kick out of trying to stay warm at the stadium. We put on jackets, gloves, scarves, headcover thingies, hoodies, double-layer of socks in our shoes, blankets....anything imaginable to keep us cozy together, just short of having a campfire. Here are some fun pictures:

Ooh...nice and warm in the van...

...and now out in the COLD!

brrrrr..sitting on bleachers in always freezing..it could be 50 outside, and by the middle of the game, i can't feel my feet!!

Yeah, my feet were definitely numb afterwards.
